MetalCast has extensive experience with pouring Bronze and Gunmetal sand castings. With over a
70 Years of experience, our Non-Ferrous sand castings are known for their quality and workmanship.
We specialize in production run orders ranging in size from 50 Gram up to 1000 Kg. In Single pc. Our
Foundry using Shell Moulding process, CO2, No Bake, Oil Sand, for the superior sand casting.

P. Bronze, Aluminium Bronze , Mn. Bronze, LTB Gunmetal, Silicon Bronze, that can be added to any

All of our moulding machines are ideally suited for the production of high quality sand castings and increased productivity. The benefits include reduced mould shift problems, improved mould hardness, better surface finish and achieve greater moulding consistency with reduced finishing costs.

HEAT TREAT
The purpose of this work is to evaluate the effect of T6 treatment on the mechanical properties of as-cast A356 or LM 25 Alloy gravity die casting and sand casting. The geometry of the casting is designed to be cylindrical shape or any customize shape according to function. The results show that T6 heat treatment can significantly improve the mechanical properties of A356 alloy. The hardness, tensile strength and ductility of Alloy were improved by 106%, 106% and 214% respectively. The morphology of T6 heat-treated A356 was changed in which the irregular eutectic phase was converted into spheroidized Si particles as a result of precipitation of silicon particles caused by solution treatment and artificial aging. The microstructural changes result in significant improvement in A356 mechanical properties. MetalCast having complete heat treatment plant inhouse facility to temper for better result for machining and strength.

Our ongoing investment ensures that the latest technology is employed to minimise production costs and enhance product quality. We have over 5 VMC (HAAS MAKE) machining centres, and 2 CNC turning facilities, Also 20+ mechanical Lathe + Milling + Drilling with capacity to accept the largest castings we can produce.
CONSISTENT QUALITY
MetalCast takes exceptional pride in the work we do. All of the sand MetalCast uses in mold making is laboratory tested for uniformity and moulding characteristics and in house chemical testing facility, and Separate R&D area for new development. Having Shell Moulding, and GDC for Aluminium.
